What You’ll Do:

As a Sales Support Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting our Group Sales and Outside Sales teams through account coordination, sales enablement, and customer support initiatives.

Sales Support & Coordination

  • Coordinate training and detailing schedules for the sales team
  • Prepare materials, agendas, and logistics for sales team meetings
  • Support Request for Proposal (RFP) submissions and sales documentation
  • Assist Sales Managers and Outside Sales Representatives with administrative and account-related tasks

Account & Contract Management
  • Manage and support Bulk Oil contracts, including setup, renewals, and coordination with internal teams
  • Assist with Corporate Accounts and Group Sales accounts as required
  • Maintain accurate customer and account information to support sales activity

E-Commerce & Program Sales Support

  • Support eCommerce account setup and conversion for sales-driven programs, including:
    • Car clubs and automotive associations
    • B2B and B2C employee discount programs
    • Lordco Racing Program accounts
  • Ensure correct contact information and account data is captured and maintained
  • Communicate account registration processes to customers and partners
  • Troubleshoot and resolve account-related issues in a timely manner
  • Track and report on sales performance metrics related to assigned accounts and programs

Customer & Sales Enablement

  • Assist the sales team with customer segmentation and reporting to support sales opportunities
  • Help identify sales trends within customer groups and accounts
  • Support trade shows, sales events, and customer-facing initiatives as required
  • Maintain positive relationships with customers and internal stakeholders

Do You Fit the Part?

  • Previous experience in sales support, account management, or sales operations preferred
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills with high attention to detail
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills (phone, email, and in-person)
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Comfortable working with eCommerce platforms and CRM/account systems

Pay range: $65,000 - $75,000, based on experience
