Do you fit the part?
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or equivalent experience
- Excellent analytical skills and a strong ability to work well in teams
- Strong working knowledge of large data sets and experience in working with complexity
- Strong ability to apply logic and common sense to explain business trends
- Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple tasks
- Excellent communicator and team player
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
Responsibilities:
- Provide business performance information on pricing and inventory for the whole Company
- Establish infrastructure to report on SKU level and line level profitability
- Leverage data and systems to provide KPI reports, metrics, and performance measures
- Analyze inventory levels, turns, and other measures to provide feedback on inventory efficiency opportunities
- Provide analysis and recommendations on pricing levels and inventory positions
- Work with large databases extracting useful business information
- Report on slow-moving and obsolete inventory
- Formalize shrink reporting identifying opportunities for loss prevention strategies
- Support the pricing team with supporting analytics, data, and report on competitive pricing levels
- Other related duties as required
