As a Catalog Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and optimizing our product catalogs on Lordco.com and Nexpart to ensure accuracy, completeness, and overall excellence. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including pricing, marketing, and operations, to ensure that our eCommerce platforms reflect the latest product offerings and provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Qualifications:
- Industry experience & auto parts knowledge preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and suppliers.
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies, including Product Information Management (PIM) systems.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
- Passion for eCommerce and the automotive parts industry, with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Execute the end-to-end process of adding, updating, and maintaining the product catalog for automotive parts on our eCommerce platforms.
- Communicate with suppliers to source accurate and up-to-date product data, including specifications, images, and fitment information.
- Ensure accuracy and consistency of product information, including product titles, descriptions, images, pricing, fitment data, and attributes sourced from suppliers
- Utilize your knowledge of automotive parts to accurately categorize products and ensure they are easily discoverable.
- Learn and proficiently use our Product Information Management (PIM) system to manage product data and enrich product listings.
- Optimize product listings for search visibility and conversion by implementing best practices for SEO, metadata, and keyword optimization.
- Collaborate with merchandising and marketing teams to develop compelling product content, including engaging product descriptions, features, and benefits.
- Provide Nexpart support by assisting with account setup, catalog configuration and customer questions.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and eCommerce best practices to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of our product catalog.
