What you’ll do:  
  • Knowledge of welding techniques is preferred
  • The ability to use proper safety and protective equipment
  • Strong-willed individual ready to learn and advance their automotive knowledge
  • Automotive/mechanical experience is required
  • Metal fabrication experience is considered an asset
  • Strong math skills
  • Welding certificate is considered an asset
  • Assisting in the fleet repair shop
  • Perform road tests using safe driving standards
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • Willingness for continued learning and knowledge improvement
  • Perform a variety of tasks throughout the fleet maintenance to ensure the team’s success
  
Do you fit the part?  
  • Welding, Fleet, and Parts experience preferred but not required
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities
  • Time management and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to lift items up to 50lbs and knowledge of workplace safety procedures and the ability to adhere to the Lordco Occupational Health and Safety program
