What you’ll do:   
  • Develop an annual loss prevention plan prioritizing critical risk areas.
  • Perform rotational reviews of internal processes and procedures to support reducing and mitigating risk. Provide recommendations to management addressing key value-added improvements to operating and financial processes.
  • Perform periodic loss prevention and security audits.
  • Track and report on key loss prevention metrics.
  • Perform formal investigations into actual or potential thefts.
  • Build a strong relationship with operations, train, and coach to support maintaining a loss prevention culture
  • Visit store and warehouse locations to ensure compliance with loss prevention standards.
  • Create a loss prevention communication mechanism to support a strong loss prevention tone across the Company.
  • Maintain and monitor loss prevention equipment and access control systems across the Company.
  • Other duties as assigned. 
Do you fit the part?   
  • Loss Prevention and/or experience with business process audits and controls
  • Demonstrated experience in improving the loss prevention tone in organizations.
  • Strong ability to connect with peers and other employees, working as a team to drive improvements.
  • Available for travel to store and warehouse locations
  • Intermediate Computer Skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Acts with integrity and maintains confidentiality of information.
  • Manages time effectively and is highly organized.

Pay range $70k-$80k/, based on experience.
