Technical Recruiter (Mid level)

LOOKINGGLASS CYBER SOLUTIONS has an immediate need for a Mid to Senior Level Technical Recruiter to support our diverse, fast-paced recruiting needs. The work will focus on the sourcing and recruiting of Cyber Security and Cyber Intelligence professionals, but will also provide support for other recruiting support throughout the business

The Technical Recruiter will partner with client stake holders to develop and execute recruiting strategies. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to proactively identify top level talent through a variety of sourcing/recruiting techniques. This professional will ensure impeccable recruitment execution to achieve seamless candidate and client recruitment experience.


  • Staff and maintain a workload of 15 – 25 job requisitions;
  • Source, screen and assess candidate experience, professional competencies, and cultural fit as it relates to the role he/she is being considered for;
  • Manage the full life-cycle recruiting process to include working closely with managers to assess staffing needs and ensuring that requisitions are opened efficiently, managing our applicant tracking system and serving as the talent advisor in support of hiring managers and business development;
  • Source, qualify and recruit candidates through various means including Job Boards, Career Fairs, Networking, Employee Referrals and the internal recruiting database;
  • Lead and/or participate in process improvement initiatives;
  • Negotiate offer packages and maintain communications with new hires through to new hire orientation / on-boarding process;


  • Minimum 5+ years of professional full life-cycle recruiting experience;
  • Past experience supporting multiple internal clients in a broad portfolio of work;
  • Must be able to work effectively in a team environment and communicate effectively across multiple departments and levels;
  • Resourceful, with exceptional problem solving skills;
  • Ability to manage the diverse needs of a cross-functional leadership team;
  • Ability to maintain confidential information;


  • Human Resources or Recruiting Certifications
  • Prior commercial application development recruiting experience
  • Expert level skills in Microsoft Excel with the ability to collect data, run reports from data and present data in a weekly staffing meeting.
  • BA/BS degree in Human Resources, Business Management or other related field;
