We don’t have a nap room or a hospital cat that does tricks… but we do have a great team and really good snacks.
We are a two-doctor hospital with no on-call shifts, no after-hours (or during the work day, for that matter!) drama, and a team that genuinely likes each other (and not just in a “nod in the hallway” kind of way).
We’re looking for an experienced Associate Veterinarian — someone with at least 2 years under their stethoscope — who can bring the skills, the empathy, and a sense of humor that pairs well with a busy treatment area and a fully stocked snack drawer.
Bonus points if you’re cool with working every other Saturday from 8:30 to 1:00. (Yes, just a crisp little half-day. You'll still make it to brunch, the beach, or your dog’s therapy appointment. We don't judge!)
You might be our dream vet if:
- You’re confident in your medicine, collaborative in your approach, and can write SOAP notes without threatening your laptop.
- You’ve got 2+ years of experience and still get excited about helping animals (even the ones with very spicy personalities).
- You value your support staff and know that a good LVT is worth their weight in gold (we agree — and we’ve got them).
- You believe "teamwork" isn’t just a buzzword — it’s the only way to survive a Monday.
- You’re fluent in client communication, bad handwriting, and controlled chaos.
What you’ll actually do:
- Practice medicine — full stop. Our incredible support team (including skilled LVTs) handles the rest so you can focus on what you do best.
- See a mix of cases, build lasting client relationships, and actually enjoy your workday.
- Work every other Saturday from 8:30 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. and then go live your weekend dreams.
- Collaborate with a no-drama, all-in team that’s here to support you, laugh with you, and bring you coffee when needed.
What we bring to the table:
- Salary range of $140,000 – 160,000 base + Production (no negative accrual — because we’re not monsters)
