Training Internship (Paid)
Description
Position Purpose
As a Training Intern, you will assist in managing our Learning Management System (LMS) by uploading training materials and generating reports. You'll collaborate on the creation of training videos, support career pathing initiatives, and conduct research for potential grant funding opportunities. Additionally, you will track grant funding and work with the team to streamline processes and improve data management.
Compensation Range: $18 to $20 per hr. plus potential profit share.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
To perform this job successfully, you must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other duties or tasks assigned as required. • Upload training materials, maintain LMS platform, and pull reports as needed.
• Collaborate with the creation of training videos.
• Support career pathing development.
• Conduct grant research to identify potential funding opportunities and track/monitor grant funding.
• Collaborate with the team to streamline processes and enhance data management.
• Assist with the research and vetting of third-party training services.
• Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
• Junior or Senior standing in a bachelor’s program, ideal in Business Admin, communication, Public Admin, HR, I/O psychology.
• Enthusiastic and willing to learn.
• Ability to problem solve and take initiative.
• Basic understanding of data entry processes.
• Must operate with a high level of integrity when supporting sensitive and confidential information.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office 365 programs and a knack for technology in general.
Preferred Qualifications
• Familiar with grant research and application process.
• Knowledge of video editing software, like Vyond.

Physical Requirements
• This position may involve sitting for extended periods, lifting, bending, and kneeling
• This position may require lifting to 25 lbs. from floor to countertop and countertop to floor.
• This position is in-person located at our corporate office in Littleton, Colorado.
