POSITION PURPOSE  
You will provide basic take-off, pricing, and sales support for Sales Engineers of the BI Sales Team in the Littleton, CO Office.   
  
Compensation Range: $25 per hr.  
  
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide support to Sales Engineer members of the Building Automations Sales Team
  • Assist with compiling bids, reviewing project pricing and sales margins under supervision from senior employees. 
  • Assist with system selections and pricing with supervision of senior employees 
  • Assist with ordering equipment and confirming order acknowledgments with supervision of senior employees 
  • Familiarize self with departmental structure, workflow, and relevant software systems
  • Other duties as assigned 
QUALIFICATIONS

  • High School diploma or equivalent 
  • 2 years of collegiate level education focusing on business, engineering, construction, or related field 
  • Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel 
  • Good written and verbal communication with all levels of the organization 
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to work independently while consistently meeting deadlines 
  • Excellent time management and task prioritization 
  • Familiarity with commercial HVAC industry
