Inside Sales Intern

POSITION PURPOSE
You will provide basic take-off, pricing, and sales support for Sales Engineers of the BI Sales Team in the Littleton, CO Office.
Compensation Range: $25 per hr.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Provide support to Sales Engineer members of the Building Automations Sales Team
- Assist with compiling bids, reviewing project pricing and sales margins under supervision from senior employees.
- Assist with system selections and pricing with supervision of senior employees
- Assist with ordering equipment and confirming order acknowledgments with supervision of senior employees
- Familiarize self with departmental structure, workflow, and relevant software systems
- Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS

The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required to do so. - High School diploma or equivalent
- 2 years of collegiate level education focusing on business, engineering, construction, or related field
- Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Good written and verbal communication with all levels of the organization
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to work independently while consistently meeting deadlines
- Excellent time management and task prioritization
- Familiarity with commercial HVAC industry
