Position Purpose 
 
The Service Contract Administrator supports service accounts for LONG Mechanical Solutions which can include tracking and reviewing new and renewing agreements, job/projects, and quoted work orders. Additionally, provides support within their area of responsibility working with office and operations team members on day-to-day functions and will work independently on specialized processes. 
 
Pay Range:  $26 - $30 per hr. depending on experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Use Microsoft Dynamics 365 to monitor all aspects of Service Maintenance Agreements. 
• Intake, process, and establish Service Agreements from AK LONG proactive sales team, ensuring accurate and complete entry to facilitate successful handoff to Operations. 
• Act as backup to dispatch when needed. 
• Track service projects product ordering and tracking, forecasting, and coordination to Dispatch. 
• Use Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service and associated applications to onboard, support, and maintain operational workflows. 
• Support field technicians through ordering and distribution materials required to execute Service Maintenance Agreements. 
• Maintain accurate and organized records of all service contracts, amendments, and related documents. Keep track of contract milestones, key dates, and deliverables 
• Support and update important reporting resources and best-practices for Field Service Operations in Dynamics 365 applicable to operations. 
• Issue, audit, and close purchase orders on an as needed basis. 
• Communicate with internal and external Clients as needed. 
• Other duties as assigned.  
 
Qualifications  
• High School diploma or equivalent 
• 3+ years’ relevant work experience or higher education degree 
• High computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel 
• Open and able to learn industry specific terms and processes 
• Ability to work well in a collaborative environment 
• High attention to detail and strong ability to multi-task 
• Positive attitude with strong organizational and problem-solving skills 
• Experience providing excellent customer service
