Warehouse Billing Specialist

Position Purpose 
The Warehouse Billing Specialist will work to ensure complete, timely, and accurate billing for the warehouse. You will work with Warehouse personnel and accounting to ensue inventory and invoices are accurately billed appropriately. 
 
Pay Range: $22 - $28 per hr. plus potential profit share.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage invoicing and credits for warehouse operations
  • Collaborate with warehouse staff to collect information for accurate billing
  • Respond to customer emails regarding invoice disputes and issues
  • Verify invoice accuracy and distribute invoices to customers via email or mail
  • Monitor inventory and perform adjustments as necessary
  • Research vendor invoices to determine freight costs
  • Other duties as assigned 
Qualifications 
  • 2 years of experience in a professional office setting
  • Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail
  • Ability to communicate professionally and effectively
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel (basic to intermediate level)
  • Solid numerical aptitude to support basic accounting functions 
Preferred Qualifications  
  • Completed, or partially completed associate’s degree.
  • Previous experience with some type of accounting software.

Physical Requirements 
  • This position may include lifting to 25 lbs. from floor to countertop and countertop to floor.
  • This position may include sitting for extended periods, lifting, bending, and kneeling.
