Exabeam is looking for a Professional Services Engineer to join its  team to deploy our line of security products at leading global companies across the globe. The incumbent will work with cutting-edge technology and tackle complex technical and business problems while gaining exposure to a wide range of industries.  

 

Responsibilities:  

  • Successfully collaborate with customers and Exabeam team members to carry out implementations and enhancements     
  • Act as a trusted advisor, providing technical guidance and best practices on security operations and threat detection. 

  • Participate in all implementation designs, setups, and review processes to ensure success  

  • Build long-standing customer relationships at various levels  

  • Engage in new product launches and other cross-functional initiatives with Engineering and Marketing  

  • Collaborate with client teams in resolving technical/system related inquiries 

  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, engineering, and support, to ensure a seamless customer experience and advocate for customer needs. 

Requirements:  

  • Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) in a related field or equivalent hands‑on experience

  • Experience with SIEM and/or log management systems; cybersecurity industry exposure preferred

  • Proven background in Professional Services, Technical Support, or a similar client‑facing technical role

  • Strong understanding of network security concepts, common attack vectors, and the MITRE ATT&CK framework

  • Proficient with Linux command line; scripting or programming skills are a plus

  • Exceptional problem‑solving ability with strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and time‑management skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, client‑focused mindset, and willingness to travel (~5%)
