The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, implementing and managing online marketing campaigns with objectives of Brand awareness and conversion within the digital space as well as driving website traffic to our customers and our E-commerce site. Also will be responsible for Social Media campaigns.

  • Implement, manage and maintain digital marketing, ads and paid social media campaigns that include Facebook, Google AdWords, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc. for brand awareness and conversion

  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns

  • Maintain tracking, reporting, optimization and experimentation to meet or exceed company goals.

  • Collaborate driving website traffic to our customers and our E-commerce site. 

  • Provide input and support in the planning and execution of marketing activities.

  • Collaborate on Social Media and Influencers Program. 

  • Adapt marketing assets 

  • Identify new digital channels and techniques that propel growth.

Key Qualifications:

For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and behaviors to our team:

  • Analytical skills to interpret data

  • Strong communication skills

  • Familiar with social networking 

  • Experience on planning and executing digital marketing initiatives in marketing or advertising agencies

  • High energy, positive with a ‘can-do’ attitude

  • Result oriented

  • English fluency is required

In addition, preferable skills and behaviors include:

  • Team work

  • Proactivity 

  • Has to not be afraid to try new things


  • Bachelor’s degree

  • Certifications preferred
