 We are looking for an experienced Internal Communications Manager whose creativity and communications skills will inform, engage and empower Logitech teams across the Americas and the globe as we continue to evolve from virtual to hybrid workplace. As part of the Global Employee Communications team, this individual will not only partner across the organization to create compelling content but also have a design thinking mindset to always evolve and enhance the program.  This individual will also play a pivotal role in managing the team's various internal channels including global intranet, weekly newsletters, global and regional hybrid meetings, and more.

This position is based in Silicon Valley / Bay Area (US remote will also be considered) and reports to the Head of Global Corporate and Employee Communications. This person will be an individual contributor working in close partnership with our EMEA employee communications lead, the product/category communication team, and across functions and business groups.

  • Partner closely with the Global Head of Employee Communications to drive the creative engagement of employees as we move from virtual to hybrid workplace.

  • Manage proactive and reactive employee communications, including managing incoming requests, drafting, editing and publishing news. Synthesize complex topics into clear, engaging content...be it written, visual or video format.

  • Proactively work with cross-functional business partners globally to identify communications and program opportunities that help arm employees with the information they need to do their jobs effectively and be proud to work for Logitech.

  • Coordinate and manage weekly regional and quarterly global employee meetings partnering with stakeholders throughout the company to share relevant news and program updates.  

  • Lead and distribute the weekly global newsletter, segmented by region based on content; provide performance reporting and recommendations. 

  • Create, customize and publish intranet sites, pages and stories working with IT on permissions and advising functional teams on engaging content.  

  • Partner with IT to manage vendor relationships and administration of internal communications tools (intranet, social advocacy, global email, etc); provide employee support on self-service tools and evaluate UX/UI across platforms with the goal to improve the employee experience.

Your Contribution:

  • You are a driven, proactive individual that has a passion for compelling storytelling.

  • You have outstanding writing and editing skills; the ability to write for a broad spectrum of multimedia communications channels and can distill complex information into a simple, direct, warm and friendly message.

  • You are comfortable with visual creation including basic video editing, graphic development and editing in Photoshop. 

  • You believe good is never enough and can find ways to enhance and evolve programs to streamline effort and increase impact.

  • You are very organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects and adapt quickly to the fast pace of the business, and love to have fun while getting the job done. 

  • You have the drive to learn and explore and will share technical platform learnings and content trends/practices in Employee Comms with the team

  • You thrive in a collaborative environment, and can also work independently. 

Experience and Education:

  •  Proven experience working in employee communications, preferably in a fast-paced, high-tech company and/or prior experience with executive and change management a plus.

  • Strong writing and storytelling skills paired with creative asset creation i.e. basic video editing, photoshop image creation.

  • Knowledge in the hands-on management of internal tools (Intranet, social advocacy, newsletter), a plus if experienced with Lumapps, Bananatag or Post Beyond.
