Head of Channels EMEA - Video Collaboration Commercial Business

You will be responsible for further developing the channel business support of the Video Collaboration business goals across commercial channels. You will oversee sell-in / sell-out programs and partner strategy including business development, program analysis, marketing, internal reporting, and partner fund tracking.
You will have direct responsibility for communicating risks, opportunities, and activities through weekly, monthly and quarterly process and business management systems and contribute to the development of budgets, track effectiveness of programs and drive initiatives to improve profits, market share and partner focus. This role will act as a key interface with finance, operations and sales leadership to lead the communication of initiatives and strategies that drive growth for the video collaboration business.
You will lead a team of very experienced Channel Account Managers across EMEA. This position reports to the Head of Video Collaboration, Sales & Marketing EMEA & APJ and is accountable for the health and commercial performance of Logitech’s Channel Partners.

Hold overall responsibility for the Channel Program and VAR Channel sales, and customer satisfaction in the Channel.
Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy that maximizes Logitech’s video collaboration opportunities in the Channel.
Be a strong coach and mentor for our Channel Account Managers
For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and behaviors to our team:
Individual will have prior channel program management, product management, sales or product marketing experience with P&L responsibilities.
Highly motivated and driven self-starter with a history of achievement in personal and work goals
8+ years of related experience in channel sales, operations, partnerships, and BD, particularly in IT or UCC, with a proven track record of success growing businesses
5+ years leading or running an operating unit
Experience within highly ambitious sales/growth/operations environments
Strong strategic instincts, negotiating skills, and analytical rigor
Excellent relationship-building and maintenance skills with partners internal and external
Empathy for your target customer and your co-workers
A working knowledge of video collaboration industry and familiarity
A working knowledge of industry practices, competitive products and research data
Understanding of market trends, assumption and practices and policies
