The Role:

The Sr. SDT EE Manager is responsible for managing EE/Acoustic/Optical component suppliers with respect to the technics and the quality system.

  • Fix the quality issues on a timely manner
  • Drill down the root cause of each issue in associate with a close PDCA loop
  • Review the quality performance of suppliers on a regular basis
  • Kick off and involve in the continuous improvement actions of suppliers
  • Conduct regular quality audit and meeting
  • Involve in the quality improvement with suppliers and BG engineering from new product introduction

                                                                                                                                                                     

Key Qualifications:

For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and behaviors to our team:

  • Minimum 10 years in Supplier Management particular in EE, Optical and/or Acoustic parts
  • Very familiar with component working theory, manufacturing process & testing, applications, reliability and failure analysis
  • Good command in writing, reading, listening and speaking Mandarin & English
  • Good knowledge and skill in SQC (Statistical Quality Control)
  • 3 years above experience of management

In addition, preferable skills and behaviors include:

  • Yellow or Black Bell of 6 Sigma

Education:

  • 985 or 211 graduate or above with profession of Electronic Engineering
