The Role:

The Key Account Manager E-commerce will be in charge of the development of e-commerce customers by driving quarterly & yearly marketing & sales plans.

In this role you will be in charge of the strategic development of the e-commerce landscape. You will also manage the implementation & tracking of online sales and marketing plans. This means in detail:

  • Be accountable for the performance of e-commerce key accounts; identifying and driving growth opportunities and coordinating local activities with internal stakeholders.

  • Achieve assigned targets against strategic objectives within the e-commerce channel (revenue, profitability, forecast accuracy, trend analysis, financial planning and digital marketing).

  • Develop the business by playing a lead role in executing on business development opportunities and build strong relationships at a senior level within assigned e-commerce customers.

  • Successfully implement new product categories and key initiatives, coordinate country campaigns with your selected accounts.

  • Define, manage and monitor investments, control the ROI (return on investment), success parameters and supply chain KPIs

  • Develop quarterly & yearly consumer marketing plans amplified through the cooperation with internal and external partners.

  • Track deployed campaigns and facilitate customization of execution to achieve business goals.

  • Maximize the execution of existing products and upcoming NPIs (new-product-introduction).

  • Be an active team member to facilitate the business planning and forecasting processes.

  • Work closely with the local sales team to ensure best-in-class online execution.

  • Be a Brand Ambassador.

Key Qualifications:

For consideration, you must bring the following skills to our team:

  • Extensive account management experience with a track record in consumer electronics, IT or FMCG.

  • Comprehensive understanding of the e-commerce market & online sales processes.

  • Analytic, structured and solution oriented person.

  • Data driven mindset and strong analytical skills.

  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.

  • Ability to build strategic relationships. 

  • Solid presentation & negotiation skills and ability to manage relationships with key partners.

  • Strong financial acumen.

  • Knowledge across a range of marketing tools.

  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (especially Excel), Google.

  • Workspace, and basic knowledge of relevant performance marketing tools.

  • Ability to drive and coordinate projects.

  • Energetic, bright, dynamic and creative.

  • Proficiency in English and German, both written and spoken.

  • Passion for high quality products, based on unique technology and design.
