Regional Customer/ Channel Collaboration Manager
Supply Chain Customer Engagement Manager will be part of our global supply chain team focussed on Video Collaboration business. It is ideal for someone who wants to be part of a great growth story. Customer success is central to our winning strategy and this role is critical in ensuring the customer success by bringing the supply chain closer to our customers. This position will collaborate with our distribution partners and end customers to ensure that their expectations are met .

Customer Engagement lead will work with our Strategic VC Channel partners to enable customer success and value realization.
Develop trusted relationships with Channel Partner and develop plans / roadmap to help drive success of the business
Collaborate with channel partners to enable supply chain optimization across extended supply chain
Amplify the voice of the customer within Logitech, balancing both Logitech’s & Channel Partner’s needs, future growth and strategic goal alignment.
Deliver best in class customer experiences to our Channel Partners and end customers together with the VC Commercial team and CX team
Work with VC Commercial team and Channel Partners to plan and improve demand forecasts identifying opportunities and risks and provide inputs to the demand planning team.
Seek to understand the Channel Partner’s demand pipeline, big deals, and inventory position ensuring a complete product solution can be delivered.
Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our products to our channel partners so that agreed commitments and project deadlines are met.
Work with the rest of the supply chain team to develop customer specific solutions
Collaborate with commercial team to define global allocation guidelines
Support global deals and deployments for strategic customers
Work with fulfillment organization to ensure optimal allocation of supply
Evaluate channel inventory levels and make recommendations to commercial organization and demand planning
For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and behaviors to our team:
Bachelor's Degree (Masters Degree preferred) in Business, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management or related subject area.
5+ years of experience in a customer facing role for a product based company
Experience working with channel partners in a enterprise sales environment is a MUST
Experience in enterprises business is a must have
Preference is given to global experience and demonstrated applied knowledge of customer, market, and channel business.
Excellent communication, influencing and facilitation skills.
Demonstrated leadership abilities.
Self-motivated and goal oriented, with a positive proactive attitude and a high degree of initiative.
