Esports & Influencer Marketing Manager - Gaming

We are looking for a high energy communicator to be part of our dedicated gaming marketing team that builds, manages and activates esports partnership, influencers and gaming events that advances the Logitech G and Astro brand and contributes to the North America gaming business results. You will help bring to life compelling stories that empower and drive social and cultural trends and invite ongoing engagement. 

The Role:

This role is responsible for bringing our gaming strategies to life in North America through influencer marketing and esports partnerships. The position is responsible for defining and integrating Influencer/esports strategies within the broader gaming category marketing plans that elevates our relationship with target audiences and drives commercial success. You will partner very closely with the regional category marketing managers, global counterparts to develop a comprehensive activation plan leveraging the entire gaming portfolio (PC Gaming, Wheels and Simulation, and Console gaming) to drive excitement, interest and demand. You have worked on a myriad of esports partnerships and influencers at all levels (macro/micro/nano) to drive business growth.

  • Act as the subject matter expert for the gaming team regarding influencer personalities, esports teams, key partnerships, and emerging trends.

  • Identify, build, and sustain ‘always on’ relationships with relevant influencers and thought leaders.

  • Work collaboratively and cross-functionally with different stakeholders (Sales, Category marketing managers, business group, global team) to maximize impact.

  • Manage the end-to-end esports and gaming influencer plans including strategy and execution for gaming in North America to meet regional commercial/marketing objectives.

  • Support new product launches and always on campaigns with a creative, socially driven mindset that advances the brand and pays off with business results.  

  • Establish, track, and provide feedback on key performance results, metrics. Implement data and analytics into key marketing decision making.

  • Lead contract negotiations and budget planning for assigned areas.

Key Qualifications:

For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and behaviors to our team:

  • Esports partnership/Industry experience, required.

  • Track record of working in a matrixed organization, where leading by influencing is a key characteristic.  

  • Experience integrating partnerships (esports or otherwise), talent (influencers), & social media marketing into broader marketing plans/campaigns/events to drive higher reach and engagement.  

  • Utilized data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements. Clear demonstration of your ability to problem-solve through a combination of art (creative ideas) and science (measurable outcomes).

  • Experience building brand value by building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs across strategically important products that’ll drive portfolio growth.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with diverse teams, both functionally and geographically is critical.

  • Project management experience and attention to detail, required.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence business, brand, marketing strategy across the organization.

  • Strong capability to provide input to the development of strategic plans and translate those plans into regional-specific marketing strategies. Ability to lead and follow; lead and execute.


  • Bachelor’s degree; an MBA is a plus.
