The Role:

In the role of B2B/Enterprise Channel Account Manager, reporting to Country Manager Turkey, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our B2B/Enterprise business.

B2B/Enterprise Channel Account Manager's function is to determine and drive Logitech’s business and growth with current and potential corporate customers, working with and influencing the key decision makers in ​the​ channel, identify and work with new VARs and build relationships locally with our alliance partners​.

These are the behaviors you’ll need for success at Logitech. In this role you will grow the Video Collaboration business for Ankara through active new business development, opening doors to new accounts and subsequent account management. In this role your responsibilities will be to:

  • Focus on top 200 corporate end users, government & education opportunities.

  • Focus on B2B/Enterprise channel development.

  • Develop existing B2B/Enterprise channels and gain market share.

The Role Responsibilities​​:

  • Meet revenue goals for given accounts in an intense, rapidly changing and quarterly-driven environment.

  • ​Design a strategy to tap the full potential of enterprise customers.

  • Target the top 200 Corporate Enterprise end users in Istanbul.

  • Target government & education projects.

  • Introduce and implement new product categories and key-Initiatives​ to new and current channels​.

  • Business development by identifying cross & up-selling opportunity within key channels & customer portfolios.

  • Maintain an accurate and updated business plan with all relevant figures and activities per channel per account.

  • Set up regular product trainings for all relevant stakeholders.

  • On time delivery of weekly activity report including implemented and planned activities, turnover overview vs. budget and next week objectives.

Key Qualifications:

 For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and behaviors to our team:

  • At least 8 years’ experience in sales out of which minimum 3 years in selling B2B/Enterprise channel.

  • Experience of working with government organizations & large corporates through VARs.

  • Hands-on mentality and able to manage entire sales cycle.

  • Self-motivated, results driven.

  • Excel in collaboration and relationship building skills.

  • Influential communicator and great presentation skills.

  • The role requires travel within the region. 

Education:

  • Bachelor degree and above
