Project Manager (Launch) - Mobility
The Project Manager is to manage the development from concept to mass production and mainly focuses on Package and SKU development. This role will also support sustaining, cost improvement projects, and refresh programs.

Collaborate with multi-function (internal/ external) and project team to develop & launch product packages into manufacture.
Ensuring deliverables, schedule & quality meet the project objectives which are defined in Project Plan.
Leading, staffing a project team, managing and coordinating the new product package development from design, qualification till MP readiness
Managing product package BOM, and key documentation deliverables readiness.
Project Risk be early identified, fully evaluated and a mitigation plan in place, also requires tracking
Identify project risks, conduct the analysis and execute the mitigation
Identify and resolve project issues and conflicts within project development
Escalation of resource conflicts and unresolved issues to functional managers
For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and behaviors to our team:
Bachelor or master degree in Engineering.
Fluent English Communication skills in a global company are a must.
Has above 2 ~5 years of project management experience.
Good knowledge of Project Management Standard & Methodology from project concepts stage to development & commercialization.
Strong logic thinking to resolve project issues
Good understanding of working with functional teams in the Global Environment.
Good understanding of Bills of Material/ Bills of Documents, as well as skills in change management.
Effective use of Google/ MS Office applications (Spreadsheet, Word, Presentations. Projects) and Cloud-based applications.
Good interpersonal skills
Aggressive attitude to dealing with the key stakeholders for the solution to meet business success
Willing to travel (~25%)
