• Lead internal engineering and Contract Manufacturer (CM) team in planning and executing pilot builds
• Plan and track pilot build requirements with internal and external teams
• Ensure readiness of material, manufacturing fixtures, testing, validation, pack out and sample delivery
• Drive pilot build data metrics reporting and continuous process improvement
• Influence product manufacturability and testability
• Lead all pilot build communications, upward and downward through the organization; raising key issues and options for resolution
• Ensure risk-buy planning and capacity planning are being delivered

Key Qualifications:
For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and behaviors to our team: 
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or Computer Engineering and industrial Engineering
• 7+ years of relevant experience in Mobile, Camera and/or Electronic devices
• Must be responsive, flexible and able to succeed within an open collaborative peer environment
• Knowledge of manufacturing test flow, DFT, DFM process
• Exercise critical thinking skills throughout the process, from design and engineering, through to the contract manufacturer and vendor
• Driven to build best-in-class video conferencing and personal collaboration products for both the Enterprise and Consumer markets
• As comfortable coordinating pilot builds and manufacturing requirements with contract manufacturers, as you are advising and communicating with engineers and business partners status and actionable issues that need addressing
• Proven experience at “change management”, following the process when it makes sense, but questioning the process -- or even defining new processes -- when the current process doesn’t work for the
• new class of devices we’re developing
• Knowledgeable and an advocate of manufacturing best-practices, as well as Design for Manufacturing, and a proven track record working with 3rd party manufacturers and vendors
• Must be detail oriented, self-directed, with demonstrable leadership and organizational skills
