The Role:

The Technical Alliance Manager will play a key role in the VC Alliances and GTM team, part of the business group at the headquarter, having primary responsibility for leading technology initiatives with alliance partners in China. This role will be responsible for successfully executing the technology partnership with alliance partners, driving product integration and technical initiatives to grow the video collaboration business around joint solutions of Logitech and alliance partners.

Your Contribution:

  • Manage the technology alliance with ecosystem partners and support the commercial teams to ensure a healthy and successful mutually beneficial partnership; 

  • Understand Logitech’s Video Conferencing products portfolio, HW & SW roadmaps, solutions, and ability to articulate the same to alliance partners;

  • Serve as the main technical point of contact for the alliance partners in your portfolio, take overall ownership of product integration and technical issues raised by alliance partners. 

  • Internally serve as an advocate for the alliance partnership and co-ordinate with various teams internally, such as QA, Systems Engineering, Product, Sales Engineering, Engineering to ensure that alliance partners’ technical initiatives are successful;

  • Develop a technical strategy for joint technology initiatives encompassing product integrations, a robust QA process of joint solutions, processes for joint troubleshooting of issues, in order to meet business objectives with clear goals, and an execution plan;

  • Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for the joint solutions developed with the alliance partners and assist in global deals with alliance partners, support sales and marketing teams with the creation of partner-focused content, sales enablement materials, and competitive positioning; 

  • Create and manage product certification programs with alliance partners; Develop and implement metrics to measure the success of the partnership



  • Minimum of 3 years of professional work experience. A minimum of 2 years in a fast-paced tech company - video conferencing/mobile/handset is preferred.

  • Experience in managing joint innovation initiatives or customer success in a customer-facing position, preferably in professional services, solutions, or technical account management role

  • Experience in a similar role, working with product, QA and engineering teams, and familiarity with project management, ability to work with internal and external stakeholders in a distributed environment

  • Ability to comprehend and become a subject matter expert in the partner’s cloud meeting solutions, their strategy, and product roadmap.

  • Travel and work with alliances at partners’ location/office up to 40% if needed.



  • BA/BS in Engineering or Computer Science. Programming experience in Android or audio/video development is a big plus.

  • Familiarity with videoconferencing, Unified Communications, and collaboration markets. Experience with collaboration technologies such as Tencent, Alibaba, ByteDance, Huawei, Microsoft and Zoom is a big plus.

  • Excellent communications skills: interpersonal, written, and presentation in both Chinese and English.

  • High energy, positive attitude, and a strong “can-do” work ethic.

  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.

  • Passion for the technology & video conferencing industry.
