We are looking for a Product Manager driven by curiosity around human needs, distilling relevant needs into experiences, and delivering these experiences in the form of innovative products.
The Product Manager will play an integral role in shaping the app and software component of our product roadmap.
The Product Manager will define, launch and maintain apps and features that enable new and groundbreaking experiences and interactions for our range of custom earphone products and the unique benefits they offer.
You are passionate about product design, new technologies, and conceiving, building and maintaining a software product portfolio that people use every day in their lives.
Your work experience highlights the design and delivery of multiple consumer facing products through effective collaboration with design, engineering, and marketing.
You can articulate a clear vision while adapting to a fast-paced market. Organization, ability to influence with or without authority, attention to detail, and clarity around deadlines are critical for success.
Collaborate with a cross functional team to define the software / app portion of our product roadmap
Define research needs to derive customer insights, identifying articulated and non-articulated customer needs.
Translate insights into product vision and related feature definition.
Capture and communicate product specifications based on user insights, business requirements, platform capabilities, technical trends and market trends.
Drive product execution through launch, partnering closely with UX, Design, Engineering and Marketing to build cross-functional consensus and create excellent user experiences.
Manage prioritization and trade-offs between the vision of the product experience, time to market and product cost.
Work with external partners and extended cross business groups where necessary.
Work with the go-to-market team and support organization on product positioning and communication.
Effectively prioritize and deliver multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, balancing delivery of current products with future product planning.
Successful history of delivering CE app or software products through the complete product lifecycle, from concept to mass production.
Ability to think strategically and execute methodically.

Excellent communication skills.
High attention to detail including proven ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
