The Role:

The Marketing Coordinator  is responsible for owning and managing the systems and processes that support the Marketing team in their production and delivery of marketing assets. The coordinator role will interface with key stakeholders across other departments within the company to keep projects moving, information flowing, and schedules on track. This is a great role for a motivated individual who wants to be on a fast moving marketing team for the popular consumer electronics brand, Blue Microphones.

  • Use project management system to organize and schedule production and design work for the larger marketing team (including digital, print and packaging, event deliverables, audio and video assets)

  • Own the inputting of marketing deliverables into various systems including digital asset management, copy asset management, marketing project management, etc

  • Creation and management of purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and facilitating invoicing, billing, ordering on behalf of Marketing

  • Work with localization teams on scheduling and delivery of multi-language content

  • Manage Marketing on-site inventory

  • Participate in events or trade shows as needed

Key Qualifications:

For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and behaviors to our team:

  • 2-3 years of project management for Marketing Teams experience

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Highly organized thinker

  • Ability to problem solve and make decisions quickly 

  • Ability to distill complex projects into logical framework

  • Advanced experience with cloud based digital asset management and project/task management systems (like Wrike, Asana, etc)

In addition, preferable skills and behaviors include:

  • Experience with consumer electronics retail or marketing a plus


  • Bachelor’s degree
