Creativity & Productivity (C&P) is the biggest division of Logitech, consisting of the tech devices that help people be at their creative and productive best in their personal workspace. Our C&P business is a key pillar of Logitech’s future as a global brand known for great design and exceptional user experiences.
In this role, you will report to the Director of C&P Product Management, based in Hong Kong, and will lead the development of our products from the original concept to the successful market launch. Your primary focus will be to develop a deep understanding of the users and markets, and to partner with multi-disciplinary globally dispersed teams across Asia and beyond to deliver best-in-class user experiences. You will also be responsible for leading and/or participating in front-end innovation projects, with the objective of contributing to the overall product strategy in line with Logitech’s business strategy.

Partner with business and design teams to define the value proposition, UX principles and industrial designs
Define the end-to-end product experience supporting the value proposition
Define research needs to support product & experience definitions
Participate in global and local research projects to identify articulated and unarticulated consumer needs
Partner with engineering, business, and design teams to reach the optimal feasible, viable, desirable, and sustainable solutions
Drive prototype creations and organize reviews to improve Hardware & Software experiences
Develop best in class intelligence, from consumer knowledge to competition and business trends in general
Collaborate with business, design, and engineering teams to build long-term product strategy and roadmaps
Systematically track the voice of consumers on existing products and identify key areas of UX improvements
Lead front-end strategic projects to identify new opportunities and develop meaningful and transformative product innovation
Effectively prioritize and deliver multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and behaviors to our team:
Demonstrable experience in leading and delivering multiple successful hardware and/or software products
Excellent communication (oral & written) skills in English (Mandarin a plus)
Thorough understanding of product development, product life cycles, UX principles, engineering constraints, and design thinking
Experience with global customers and developing products used in multiple cultures and/or by multiple user groups
Ability to make calculated trade-off decisions, which you can stand behind based on insights and sound business acumen.
Active learner with a desire to understand all the forces at play
Ability to thrive in a multi-disciplinary environment and to effectively collaborate in cross-functional, diverse teams and locations
Quickly grasp technology constraints and challenges, to devise creative yet pragmatic solutions
