Component Program Manager - Video Collaboration Business
VC Component Program Manager will be part of VC Supply chain and operations team driving component supply assurance for VC business. It is ideal for someone who wants to be part of a great growth story. Scalability of our supply is critical in supporting growth for the video collaboration business. This role with work our sourcing, manufacturing, engineering and planning as well as suppliers to ensure continued growth of the business

Understand short term and long term component supply requirements
Work with buyers, suppliers and sourcing team to ensure short term and long term supply of components
Evaluate and mitigate supply risks
Manage supply capacity and capacity allocation from suppliers
Collaborate with Engineering to reduce component risks
Work with sourcing team in developing supply strategy for VC components
Manage allocation of components across different products and suppliers in coordination with supply planning team
Own relationship with strategic component suppliers
Coordinate operations activities related product life cycle changes include NPI, EOL, etc
For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and behaviors to our team:
Bachelor's Degree in Operations Management, or related subject area.
5+ years experience working with planning and sourcing preferably in enterprise business environment
Preference is given to global experience and demonstrated applied knowledge of supply base, manufacturing in electronics industry
Excellent communication, influencing and facilitation skills.
Demonstrated leadership abilities.
Self-motivated and goal oriented, with a positive proactive attitude and a high degree of initiative.
