The Team and Role

As Customer Sustainability Lead for Global Commercial Organization you will champion, coordinate and lead the development and execution of the Sustainability focused strategic programs in a сlose collaboration with our global top commercial accounts.  You will develop innovative ways of how Logitech can leverage the commercial environment to bring to life our Sustainability and Circularity strategy.

Your role will be based in Cork, Ireland and will report to the Head of the Global Go To Market Commercial Organization with transversal responsibilities across Logitech commercial B2C and B2B channels. You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse group of people and functions, all passionate about protecting the environment and driving change. Your role will be global, with occasional travel.

In this role you will:

  • Become the single point of contact for the central and regional teams on all aspects of Sustainability engagement with our commercial partners across the world.

  • Work closely with the Sustainability, Business Groups, Marketing and Commercial teams to define sustainability goals for Logitech Global Commercial organization.

  • Build strong relationships with key persons in the Sustainability organizations of Logitech top commercial partners (external); lead the development and deployment of joint sustainability plans with the top commercial accounts.

  • Lead the development of new commercial models and programs supporting Logitech goals around Sustainability and Circularity.

  • With support of the Marketing and Sustainability team, you will drive implementation of Logitech Sustainability communication across key channels and consumer touch points.

  • Energize and engage regional commercial teams on sustainability. Provide training and coaching around sustainability, circularity as well as key programs, tools and best practices. 

  • Collect, consolidate and share with the stakeholders the key consumer, competitor and retailer trends related to sustainability. 

  • Scout for ideas, technologies, companies to enable the new commercial models for Logitech trade partners.

  • Become the ambassador of Logitech Sustainability vision. Represent Logitech and advocate on Logitech’s behalf in the key global retailer / trade associations. 

Key Qualifications and skills:

For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and behaviors to our team:

  • Demonstrable experience in project management, sustainability, innovation, launching new commercial models.

  • Understanding of the consumer business.

  • Strong acumen in environmental sustainability. Passion to make a positive impact.

  • Recognized leadership skills and strong ability to lead by influence. Ability to thrive in a multi-disciplinary environment and to both lead and collaborate in cross functional teams.

  • Excellent organizational and project/program management skills. Ability to drive projects to completion across transversal teams with close tracking and follow up.

  • Self-starter with a high-degree of self-motivation.

  • .Strong strategic thinking. Strong business acumen and capable of big picture thinking. Decisive and able to deal with ambiguity, guiding other team members through it.

  • Excellent communication skills, capable of adapting style to audience. English required.
