Join a passionate, fast-paced iPad Accessories team as we are launching a new generation of iPad tools and taking our products to new audiences and geographies. 

As a Global Head of Business and Marketing, you will play a leading role and have end-to-end responsibility for the product roadmap, communication, and go-to-market strategy for a portfolio of iPad accessories that span multiple categories. 

Reporting directly to the Head of Business Group, you will be a primary business and marketing driver for the multi-category portfolio, working closely with and leading cross-functional teams. 

In this role, you will: 

  • Lead definition of short, medium, and long-term portfolio strategy and roadmap;
  • Identify portfolio gaps, opportunity size, and lead business strategy for new growth opportunities (both product introductions (NPI) and commercial innovation);
  • Lead definition of go-to-market strategy and development of marketing toolkits for new product introductions;
  • Closely work with regional counterparts to support them in ensuring strong product launches and overall portfolio health in-market;
  • Manage portfolio performance through every step of a lifecycle - from market launch to end-of-life;
  • Collaborate with Consumer Insights to ensure comprehensive understanding of Target Audience and a robust learning plan;
  • Drive up-to-date understanding of the competitive landscape.


Your experience: 

  • 7+ years of solid track record and experience in business, portfolio management, and product marketing 
  • Proven track record of delivering strong business growth via new product introductions, including portfolio expansion to new categories 
  • Experience in managing portfolio P&L
  • Experience with leading development of marketing toolkits, including product positioning, web pages, e-commerce pages (both owned and retail (Amazon etc.), product videos, product packaging, and marketing campaigns 
  • Experience with a consumer-centric approach to business, including consumer segmentation, shopper journeys, products, and messaging testing etc. 

You are: 

  • A self-starter with a bias for action and the ability to drive decisions;
  • You are an outstanding problem solver who can quickly frame a path forward in the face of complex, ambiguous challenges;
  • You thrive in fast-paced environments; 
  • You are analytical with the ability to turn data into a narrative that guides portfolio and marketing strategy.

Your education: 

  • BA or BS in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • MBA is a strong plus
