DEI Senior Specialist (AP)

Logitech's DEI strategy is focused on accountability and practical action. We are looking for someone to support Logitech’s Asia Pacific (AP) business in cultivating an inclusive and psychologically safe culture and promoting diversity, in our largest office in AP; Taiwan. Bringing the DEI message to life requires you to be a manager of ideas, consumer insights, relationships, timelines and budgets. We make an impact on both the culture and the business. The result? As a DEI AP Lead you will manage the development and execution of A) Logitech’s regional AP focus for DEI that speaks to internal and external audiences and, B) global strategy lead for age/generations + gender equality diversity dimensions. You will report on the outcomes of your work and strive to provide transparency and accountability for all of these initiatives.
You’ll Be Working On:
Design and deliver AP DEI approach aligned to global KPIs, and objectives of each business group and / or function.
Serve as subject matter expert in Age / Generations and Gender equality diversity dimensions, creating more visibility on diversity at Logitech both internally and externally
Normalizing dialogue on diversity to further highlight why it’s important / why it matters to Logitech and our mission
Coordinating and supporting the work of various internal teams to execute the Logitech and aligned DEI strategy (e.g. the ‘inno’ innovation awards across AP, Operations, research & development, etc)
Partnering with senior leadership to build strong relationships and gain support
Developing, enhancing, and maintaining relationships with current and new diversity-related organizations working in the tech industry
Liaison to the People & Culture team and business to develop strategic action to attract/develop/retain diverse talent by analyzing and presenting talent demographics, monitoring data trends / developing diversity initiatives.
Development, management, and integration of the organization's AP Employee Resource Groups
Person specification / Qualifications:
Proven experience and longstanding commitment working in diversity, equity and inclusion
Subject matter expert in Age /Generations and Gender equality
Advanced program/ project management skills - be able to drive completion in a fast-paced environment
Understand the current state of the various AP laws, practices and policies regarding equality (e.g. Taiwan’s legalization of gay marriage on May 24, 2019, etc)
Understanding the opportunities / positive momentum for social change within countries in AP
Excellent writing and presentation skills
Strong existing relationships with tech industry groups focused on diversity
Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in ambiguity
Strong analytical skills and ability to translate metrics, research, and trends into stories and content to be shared internally and externally
Have excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to be diplomatic and have discretion in dealings with others, and a high degree of professionalism, tact, initiative, and diplomacy
The ability to see dependencies and links between various initiatives
Have a demonstrated ability to work with multiple stakeholders
Self-starter and fast learner
