Social Media Community Intern
As a Social Media Community Intern you will be responsible for engaging with customers and fans across the Blue Microphones owned social network channels. You will help us increase the level of positive conversation across our social media and help deepen our relationship with our community through direct engagement. You will also help contribute to our overall social media plans.
*This is a remote role, office is based out of Westlake, CA but open to all.

Work with social media and community management leads to engage with our audiences across all owned social platforms. This can include responding to customer inquiries, escalating issues to our support team, and answering general questions about Blue or our products. Additionally, contribute to the ideation process for channel content & campaigns.
For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and behaviors to our team:
An interest in online content creation and knowledge of the broader content creator community
Active on social media and an understanding of what each channel requires
Excellent writing and communication skills
Focus on learning and optimizing based on experience and results
Willingness to learn
In addition, preferable skills and behaviors include:
Already a fan of Blue
Understanding of visual storytelling/visual communication
Knowledge of social media marketing best practices
Interest in one or more of the following:
Gaming, Music, Streaming, YouTube, Podcasting
Education: Pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree
