B2B Marketing Manager Nordics
Location: this role can be placed in one of our offices in Sweden, Denmark or Norway
Logitech is looking for an energetic and self driven B2B Marketing Manager who will be responsible for collaborating with the Logitech channel sales team and partner marketing leads to develop plans that will continue to drive accelerated growth of Logitech’s business solutions i.e. work together, work remote, work healthier.
The employee will play a key role in developing and executing channel marketing plans to increase attach, cross-sell and up-sell opportunities of Logitech’s business solutions, mainly consisting of mice, keyboards, webcams, headsets and tablet accessories. Our Marketing Manager will also be responsible for developing and executing external marketing activities with partners and agencies i.e. lead generation campaigns, digital campaigns, events & trade shows, nurture campaigns, KOL activities, PR and communication plans, new product launch executions, case studies.
This role will also spend (approx 35% of their time) partnering with our Channel Education Sales team along with Logitech’s partner ecosystem to develop plans, execute on activities and measure outcomes which align to the needs of Logitech’s growth KPIs for this vertical.

In this role you will:
Collaborate with channel sales and partner marketing leads to evaluate plan and execute marketing programs and/or partner programs with channel and distribution partners
Act as primary marketing liaison with European category leads
Create and evaluate marketing opportunities with partners to elevate Logitech’s brand presence and awareness
Work along with Logitech Education sales team and resellers to identify opportunities to invest in activities that will drive revenue and opportunity to grow the base of Education resellers.
Build and drive the communication around education to increase awareness for the Logitech Education solutions to elevate the learning experience
Identify growth opportunity triggers aligned with Logitech priorities to drive revenue and expand the partner ecosystem
Work with key stakeholders to identify new ways to launch products to accelerate time to market
Build, manage and execute KPI driven quarterly and annual marketing plans
Work with the Logitech business group to share channel requirements for B2B specific marketing toolkits for existing and new products
Create communication and thought leadership strategy for and to channel partners and end users
Provide bi-weekly and quarterly updates on sales status, investments, results and plans
For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and behaviors to our team:
Minimum 4 years experience working with channel partners; developing, executing and tracking marketing plans
B2B and Education partner marketing experience
Proficiency to drive marketing and PR in cooperation with agencies
A strong understanding and background of to and through channel partner marketing and engagement campaigns
Demonstrated success creating unique channel programs to accelerate revenue
Strong digital marketing background
Functional fluency in Salesforce and related marketing tools such as Adobe Creative Suite is preferred
Manage multiple projects simultaneously
Ability to influence and work cross functionally with adjacent business groups
Highly self motivated and positive personality
Self-starter with a creative mind, entrepreneurial spirit and get it done attitude
Analytic, structured, highly driven and solution oriented
Excellent presentation and communication skills
Strong financial acumen
Strong command of English and one of the Nordic languages
