Job Description – AME Trainee(产品结构及工艺设计培训生)
Location: Suzhou, Jiangsu, China.
Hours of Work: Full time.

We offer a 2-years trainee program, this program offers you the opportunity to get to know the various departments-manufacturing engineering, mechanical engineering & CMF(Color, Material, Finish) Engineering, work in multi teams, and develop detailed specialist knowledge, and a wide network. You will primarily work closely with – and be mentored by – our experienced Engineer and staff on the wide portfolio of projects.
After a 2-years trainee journey, you can grow to a qualified AME Engineer.
Eventually, this program will provide an opportunity to understand your interests/strengths, and give you a chance to choose the area you would like to work in the engineering department.
Able to communicate effectively in the worldwide environment;
Build your expertise in the various manufacturing process;
Expand vision about cutting-edge and sophisticated technologies in the manufacturing field;
Foster the mindset of design thinking to be a great innovator;
Enhance knowledge in crafting machine qualification requirements, design of experiments, and failure analysis;
Master advanced design tools and skills, including DOE / Tolerance Analysis / MSA / GD&T / Prototyping.
As the owner of AME projects, lead the team to deliver the AME project objective;
Drive innovation in the product design and manufacturing process through the approach of design thinking;
Cooperate with the suppliers and external experts to drive continuous improvement on the fundamental manufacturing process;
Guide team to select adequate manufacturing methods and techniques for design intention accomplishment at PFE stage;
Apply manufacturing technologies and optimize process parameters to solve complex problems that have a direct impact on final product cost & quality & performance of products;
Explore cutting-edge manufacturing technologies to fulfill the technique roadmap and bank.
Boost team reputation through performing best practices during project delivery;
Exert increasing and positive influences to partners, and have the dream come true about the blending of “design for manufacturing” and “manufacturing for design”.
Bachelor or Master’s degree level is a minimum requirement, and overseas experience is a plus;
Major in Mechanical Engineering, Material Engineering, Processing Engineering ,Chemical Engineering or relevant;
Ability to think creatively and independently and to solve problems;
Highly self-motivated by clear objective;
Curious and eager to learn and grow yourself, and be fast learner;
Good communication skills including writing technical reports;
Fluent in English.
Ability of large scale data processing/analytics to identify opportunities of continuous improvement and technical breakthrough and problem-solving;
Knowledge in 6 sigma is a plus, e.g DOE;
Master in 3D modeling software is a plus, e.g Creo.
