Executive Assistant to the CEO
The Executive Assistant to the CEO of Logitech is a highly visible position playing a key role in the office of the CEO. The EA will report directly to the CEO and will provide comprehensive administrative and project management for a wide range of initiatives in support of the CEO, Board of Directors and Logitech Leadership Team.
This dynamic position requires a high level of professionalism and confidentiality, a strong ability to cultivate relationships and interact with a broad range of internal and external constituents. Additionally, the EA will have the ability to think critically and offer solutions to problems, flex to the changing needs and priorities of a design driven, human-centric global tech organization, especially through a clear lens of diversity, equity, inclusion and sustainability.
The role is based in Newark, CA and benefits from Logitech’s hybrid/remote work policy facilitating a mix between days in the office and days working from home/remotely.

Provide administrative support and manage the CEO’s complex calendar and daily workflow, balance competing priorities based on your insight into the CEO’s agenda, and make appropriate informed decisions
Act as the primary liaison to the leadership team and the board of directors, as well as extensive interaction with other staff and stakeholders both internal and external. Prioritize and determine the appropriate course of action for each interaction, referral, or response, exercising judgement to reflect CEO’s style and organization policy. This includes collaborating with other EAs within the organization to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
Work closely with the CEO to keep them well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately. Act as a "barometer," having a sense for the issues taking place in the environment and keeping the CEO updated.
Complete a broad variety of administrative tasks that facilitate the CEO’s ability to effectively lead the organization, including: assisting with special projects; designing and producing complex documents, reports, and presentations
Schedule internal, board of directors and external meetings, coordinate all logistics and details, provide relevant preparation materials (drafting agendas; developing, compiling, and distributing presentation materials), and ensure appropriate follow-up.
Screen, respond, direct, and prioritize calls and correspondence, facilitate the exchange of information as first point of contact for staff, board members, and external partners.
Coordinate travel arrangements for the CEO and board members, including flights and accommodations.
Plan, organize and facilitate any ad hoc projects, as assigned, for the overall benefit of the organization.
Complete expense reports for reimbursement, process Purchase Orders, invoices and equipment requests for the CEO and staff as needed.
Experience providing C-Level support in a highly matrixed, global organization and experience providing high-level support to boards, committees, and/or executive teams
Strong relationship management & interpersonal skills with the ability to learn and anticipate the needs of executives and board members
Experience working at speed and managing multiple, competing tasks and priorities with little or no guidance
Ability to react with appropriate levels of urgency to situations and events that require quick response or turnaround. Ability to switch gears at a moment’s notice.
Highly resourceful & independent with the strong ability to be collaborative, exercise good judgment & challenge when necessary.
Willingness to work across global time zones
Proven experience managing projects and initiatives; especially those that are sensitive and confidential in nature.
Experience drafting agendas, presentations, reports, and correspondence in the style of the CEO and additionally on behalf of the board and other leadership executives
Exceptional planning skills that reflect attention to detail with a focus on accuracy, quality, ability to prioritize and time management.
Be self-directed, anticipate issues, take ownership, and provide solutions/complete projects in a timely manner
High-level of proficiency and in-depth knowledge of relevant software such as MS Office Suite/Google Suite with the ability to adapt to new technologies.
Minimum willingness to travel (10%).
