Video Collaboration Account Manager, Philippines

The Role:
 

Logitech Philippines is looking for Video Collaboration Account Manager with experience in Unified Communications (Video Collaboration) to drive sales in B2B enterprises, BPOs and focus verticals.

You will be focused on prospecting net new customer logos and able to up/cross selling to existing customers. The role will require high touch engagement and account plan. You will have the ownership to meet and exceed sales quota. Responsibility to maintain an accurate project pipeline as well as pipeline sufficiency to meet and exceed your quota. Proficient in CRM Tools (salesforce.com). This role reports to the B2B Country Sales Manager, Philippines.

Responsibilities:
 

-Responsible for driving Logitech Video Collaboration in Philippines through evangelizing and winning sourcing decisions in large accounts by offering cohesive solutions based on Logitech Video Collaboration solution.

-Direct engagement with decision makers and influencers as well as VP-level and C-Level executives to understand clear business needs and match those to Logitech VC solutions portfolio. Positioning Logitech as the thought leader in providing solutions in Unified Communications & Collaboration.

-Engaging technical decision makers, industry influencers, policy makers, and business leaders of existing and potential customers to drive awareness and early adoption of new Logitech solution.

-Responsible for Logitech Video Collaboration business expansion into BPOs, Government, Telecom, Enterprises, Healthcare and Education channels by building relationships with key account executives, understanding customer IT business problems and deliver a tailored VC solution.

-Deliver the quarterly revenue commitment but working on 12 months rolling forecasts.

-Ensure you maintain an accurate project pipeline as well as pipeline sufficiency to meet and exceed your quota.

-Create client presentation, do hands-on solutions demo and manage the entire sales cycle.

-Work with the channels team to reach out to System Integrators and VARs to fulfil customers’ requirements.

-Work with Inside Sales Rep (ISR) and respond promptly to leads from various sources, qualify, convert and close MQLs.

-Provide customer insights relative to market trends and competitive landscape back to product management team.

Qualifications & Skills:

-6-8 years IT or tech solution sales experience of selling to businesses. Track record of selling solutions to BPOs will be an added advantage.

-Strong track record of building and maintaining executive clients and channel relationship with the ability to engage at all levels from buyer to CXO.

-Aggressively hunt for new sales opportunities while maintaining business with existing accounts.

-Able to build account plan for strategic enterprise accounts.

-Aggressively hunts for new leads and accounts. Proficiency in social media such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus.

-Proficient in using SFDC to manage, update and ensure pipeline sufficiency.

-Able to do hands-on solutions demo and manage the entire sales cycle.

-Influential communicator and great presentation skills.        

-Collaborative nature and is a Team player.

-Excellent written and verbal communication in local language & English.

-Bachelor’s Degree, Engineering background preferred. MBA a PLUS.
