Enterprise Account Manager (NYC)
Location: New York City Tri-State Area
Driving Logitech video collaboration (VC) sales in a defined named/managed Large Enterprise account set by proactively engaging directly with decision makers and influencers in IT, Technology and Workplace Solutions, Real Estate and Facilities and C-Level executives to understand clear business needs and match those to solutions resulting in desired outcomes.
This position reports to the Northeast Regional Sales Manager. This is a remote position and the candidate should reside in the New York City area.
Retire quota through proactive selling into managed accounts and through channel partners
Develop and maintain key relationships with large enterprise accounts - targeting C-level executives, IT, Technology and Workplace Solutions, and RE&F VPs,/Directors, decision makers and influencers
Leverage NDA discussions to gain key customer insights and alignment to Logitech strategic initiatives
Work cooperatively with assigned Inside Sales Rep (ISR), Sales Engineer (SE) and Customer Success Manager (CSM) team members to provide elite customer experience
Build and maintain a network of strategic co selling partners Logitech Collaboration Partners that complete the customer VC solution. (primary focus on Google, Microsoft and Zoom)
Respond promptly to leads from various sources, qualify, convert and close MQLs
Provide regional and customer insights relative to market trends and competitive landscape back to product management and marketing
Maintain accurate pipeline/forecast with clear next steps and stakeholders
Qualifications & Skills:
8+ years of relevant sales experience
Customer obsession and desire to win every day
Aggressively hunts for new sales opportunities
Prompt and professional lead follow up
Ability to listen and identify customer needs and communicate a tailored VC solution in a clear and succinct manner
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Highly motivated team player that can work cross functionally and in a remote sales environment
Proficient with CRM/Pipeline tools (Salesforce.com)
