Collections Analyst - Mexico

Role: Collections Analyst (Contract)

In this role you will be responsible for:
Ensuring completeness of invoicing (CFDI) and other customer specific requirements around Accounts Receivable (AR) processes for Logitech’s key customers in the Mexico region.
Be the primary local contact for inquiries, requests and issues related to invoicing.
Become proficient on customer side portals in order to manage customer interactions, identify issues and assist the Mexico collector in expediting payments.
Understand end to end business models and transaction flows in order to own and drive customer invoicing queries/ disputes through to resolution.
Proactively engage with the Mexico Collections Lead to identify areas for improvement and efficiency gains across AR and invoicing.
Identify/ execute opportunities for process improvements around the customer invoicing process in Mexico.
Perform order to cash fiscal close procedures as required.
Partner with other Logitech functions across Finance, Sales, Legal and Supply Chain organizations to optimise third party accounting services.
Perform other finance related tasks as part of transitioning third party accounting services at Logitech Mexico.
Key Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics, or equivalent.
Experience in a Collections/ Order to Cash role in a large Mexico based organization and knowledge of local invoicing rules (CFDI) is a definite plus.
Be customer driven with excellent oral and written communications skills and strong analytical, problem-solving and project management skills. (This role requires routine interactions with teams across Logitech and customer sites).
Detail-oriented and highly organized, being a self-starter and able to work on own initiative in driving towards quarterly targets.
Comfortable working with large amounts of data: ability to accurately parse & analyze data and present to management in a meaningful way.
Experience in Oracle R12/ ERP plus.
Excellent excel skills required.
Experience in excel macros and RPA automation is a plus.
