Senior / Lead Financial Analyst (Gross to Net)

The Role:

Provide critical partnership to the Americas Sales and Marketing team by supporting the Gross-to-Net Revenue of the North America and LATAM markets.  This includes forecasting, reporting, and analyses of promotion and marketing programs spend for the commercial and B2B business, related key performance metrics, and managing the gross-to-net aspects of revenue.  The role partners across multiple functions including regional sales, marketing, controllership, and global commercial finance teams to deliver consistent financial forecasting, business reporting and analysis supports, controls, compliance, and process improvements.

  • Own the weekly promotion spend reporting process to track and measure performance against plan

  • Provide analysis and strategy support on promotion spend to business partners

  • Develop and maintain financial models to automate and streamline business analysis on gross to net spend

  • Prepare budget and forecast planning for gross to net spend by liaising with sales and marketing business partners

  • Support gross to net management including controls, compliance, monthly revenue accruals, and planning review and analysis

  • Identify and support opportunities to drive operational efficiencies and process improvements

  • Support period end reporting and close processes


Key Qualifications:

For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and behaviors to our team:

  • Bachelor or equivalent degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics

  • 6+ years of FP&A experience, preferable in high growth Retail, Consumer Electronics, or Tech business

  • Excellent analytical and business support skills

  • Strong working knowledge of financial planning, forecast and reporting processes, with advanced modeling and presentation skills

  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written) and ability to work well with a diverse and dispersed group of stakeholders and business partners

  • Exceptional attention to details and proven ability to work independently and self-motivate in a fast paced and rapidly changing environment

  • Ability to manage and organize priorities effectively

  • Experience with Oracle ERP, Essbase and planning systems such as OneStream is a strong plus
