Head of Marketing, Video Collaboration, AP - Video Collaboration Commercial Marketing Organization
Will be responsible for owning, developing and driving all marketing strategies, plans and initiatives for the Commercial business in Asia creating highly effective demand creation strategies targeting the top Global and Mid-market Enterprises, Foundational businesses (SMB), and vertical institutions throughout the region. Reporting into the Global Head of Video Collaboration Marketing, this regional leader will be a key member of the VC Commercial Marketing organization leading the development and strategic approach to growing the Logitech VC brand in region utilizing a multi-channel approach to accelerate the division’s hyper-growth trajectory; a business that in FY15 was 2M in sales and is now on a fast trajectory to achieve B in global revenue.
The successful candidate will be a seasoned Marketing leader from the Enterprise hardware and SaaS industries with expertise in driving targeted growth and awareness of best-in-class business technology solutions – into Fortune 1000 and key institutional customers. He/She must also be an outstanding leader of people; capable of managing multiple complex marketing initiatives and support efforts with a "hands-on" player-coach style that affords a high degree of personal interaction with the process. This leader must also have an entrepreneurial approach and urgency to match their commercial aptitude. This role will work in unison with sales leadership in the region and countries to ensure a deep understanding and execution of marketing to support the growth and success of the sales organization.
Oversee the AP Video Collaboration Marketing strategy and budget.
Build-out, develop and lead a regional marketing function that spans customer marketing, channel marketing, regional customer & channel events, regional demand generation activities, sales and marketing operations support, NPI launches in the region, and more.
Partner with Sales Leadership to ensure a closed-loop process from lead creation through to closed revenue. Iterate and adapt as needed to drive lead volume and quality of lead conversion until ready to be handed off to sales.
Identify, measure, and report on a set-of-standard KPIs for the region that roll up into global metrics for the Global VC Marketing organization.
Partner with VC Business Group (BG) Global Marketing and Global Brand Equity to ensure aligned Marketing strategies and continuation of overall VC brand strategy.
Develop, own, and continuously validate the regional VC Sales and GTM plan and growth strategy through aligned marketing tactics.
Redefine and drive a marketing culture focused on creating high-touch, highly-targeted solutions that accelerate growth and awareness.
Develop new and deepen existing customer relationships with large enterprises, educational institutions, and government entities by leveraging VC solution providers, alliances, and the various channels including DMR, distribution, system integrators, and VARs.
Work with Solutions Marketing to support and execute the launch of new product categories and services across new and existing channels in order to develop, support, and accelerate the direct enterprise GTM efforts.
Supervise and manage the development and delivery of proof of concepts and product demo initiatives with end-users in-region.
Support initiatives of the global GTM Alliance team, in-region, for Zoom, Microsoft, Google and other video conferencing solutions and leverage joint-GTM and alliance opportunities that position Logitech’s VC platforms as the solution of choice.
Oversee the in-region marketing team members in the planning and execution of activities and initiatives to support VC’s continued rapid growth; guiding effective marketing plans and communications around Logitech’s VC solutions, including lead-generation and management.
Work with the Global Head of Campaigns to localize and execute customer campaigns to further drive awareness into new and existing accounts.
Work with Global Head of Channel Marketing to execute programs with partners in the region.
Build and maintain a productive, effective and close relationship with the regional Sales and GTM teams to ensure customer requirements, certifications and feedback are being captured, delivered and messaged across the global VC product portfolio.

A minimum of 10+ years of senior marketing/digital experience driving Enterprise hardware technology solutions into Fortune 1000 and/or SLE institutions globally.
Deep, hands-on experience in SaaS marketing experience strongly desired.
Demonstrable experience in building and growing teams versus maintaining what already exists.
Strong leadership skills and 5+ years experience managing + building marketing teams of 10+ people or greater.
Minimum 5+ years experience managing culturally and geographically diverse teams, particularly in countries throughout AP.
Experience working with Enterprise business to business resellers in DMR, Distribution, SP, integrator, and VAR channels.
Track record of goal achievements in an intense, fast-paced, rapidly changing and results-oriented environment.
Experience within both large and high-growth start-up environments.
Collaborative approach with the ability to manage both up and down internally. A track record of leveraging influential leadership to drive change, growth and new business models.
Passion for developing customer relationships and identifying + capitalizing on opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell.
Proven track record and experience working with/managing CRM tools, lead-generation and sales cycle management processes. Preferably in Salesforce.
Strong hands-on working knowledge of Marketo or like Marketing Automation system.
Strong analytical and business acumen with experience maintaining business plans, leading through key metrics and ROI both to deliver results and formulate strategy.
