If so, we have an exciting opportunity to join the marketing team in our Creativity & Productivity Business Group.  Creativity & Productivity (C&P) is the biggest division of Logitech, consisting of the tech devices that help people be at their creative and productive best in their personal workspace. Our C&P business is a key pillar of Logitech’s future as a global brand known for great design and exceptional user experiences. 

As a Global Marketing Manager in Creativity & Productivity, you will contribute to global strategies, bring new products and campaigns to life, and partner with our regional and global marketing organization to deliver our brand vision, implement our strategies and maximize business opportunities.   

Your marketing expertise will allow us to engage our consumers in new and meaningful ways and your passion for growth will be vital to Logitech’s vision.  

You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse group of people and functions.  Your role will be based in Hong Kong or Lausanne, reporting to the Head of the C&P Mainstream Business Unit, based in Switzerland. Your role will be global, with occasional travel.

  • Build holistic marketing strategies, campaigns, and toolkits supporting new product launches and consumer campaigns in partnership with our Global Brand Organization working with our Creative, Production, and Communication teams.

  • Determine and set ambitious business cases for new products and initiatives 

  • Partner closely with the Global Commercial Organization, who will execute and deliver on the strategy

  • Build and develop a strong knowledge and advocacy for our target audiences across key markets

  • Enhance marketing abilities to drive awareness and conversion in the fast-evolving digital, communication, and retail landscape. 

  • Partner with the Logitech Marketing community to optimize our brand presence online, on packaging, and other touchpoints. 

  • Support our B2B teams & target audiences in implementing our business strategies 

  • Analyze and evaluate marketing and media performance so that we continually learn and improve

Key Qualifications:

For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and behaviors to our team:

  • 5+ years experience in consumer marketing roles for a major brand with a strong innovation culture, including product marketing & campaign management

  • Deep understanding of digital media and the evolving strategies to engage consumers

  • Proven experience of working with agencies (briefing, creative direction, feedback, budget management)

  • Proven ability and experience in market analysis, opportunity sizing, and business case development

  • Strong commercial sense; impact and results driven

  • A self-starter - passionate start-up mentality and "can do" attitude

  • Strong ability to see the big picture while paying attention to the details that get us there

  • Highly efficient and collaborative, able to work quickly and deliver top-quality content and assets

  • A genuine interest in consumers and how technology can help them

  • Fluent in English, both verbal and written


  • Bachelor/Master’s degree in Marketing or related field
