Americas SCM Lifecycle Manager
The SCM Lifecycle Manager - AMR is ideal for someone who wants to be part of change with a role that is built on the foundation of the continuous flow of new products, you should thrive on the challenge and also to become better personally and professionally every day. Within this role you will play a key role in ensuring internal and external alignment and driving excellence in the product lifecycle from launch through to end of life. You will work very closely with the portfolio marketing managers, supply planning and replenishment to ensure timely entry and exit of products to the sales channels. Build and develop engaging relationships with key sales and marketing teams.
Manage lifecycle of a product from launch through end of life.
Collaborate with Portfolio Marketing Managers to create launch plans by account.
Regular review with Portfolio Marketing Managers to ensure forecast is aligned to actual POS.
Collaborate with the Supply Planning and Replenishment team to ensure timely introduction of new products into the channels.
Manage phase out SKUs to minimize excess both in the DC and Channel.
Align launch and EOL plan with cross functional teams such as Sales and Replenishment team.
Share any risks and opportunities with the appropriate solution during the regular S&OP meetings with senior executives.
Support the continuous improvement initiatives to refine existing processes and tools and to develop the next generation of activities.
For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and behaviors to our team:
Bachelor's Degree (Masters Degree preferred) in Business, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management or related subject area.
Analytical and outstanding capabilities with demonstrated ability to understand use of advanced analytics and optimization techniques.
Experience in consumer electronics and FMCG or CPG companies is at advantage
Experienced participation in S&OP processes.
Demonstrated decision-making ability in face of uncertain or incomplete information.
Preference is given to global experience and demonstrated applied knowledge of customer, market, and channel business.
Excellent communication, influencing and facilitation skills.
Demonstrated leadership abilities.
Self-motivated and goal oriented, with a positive proactive attitude and a high degree of initiative.
