The Team and Role:
The Community & Advocacy Group is Logitech’s social impact function: a diverse global team consisting of subject matter experts across DEI and Community Relations. This team works closely with groups across the business such to foster inclusion, promote equity and drive big change both within Logitech and externally.
The DEI Lead is responsible for driving the DEI agenda for the EMEA region, and delivering region specific programs and contributing to global programs that promote a psychologically safe and inclusive work culture. Reporting to the Snr. Manager Community & Advocacy, you will have the opportunity to leverage your experience towards enabling an environment where employees feel they belong, have equal opportunities, and where everyone can bring their whole selves to work.

Be responsible for the delivery of Logitech’s DEI approach for the EMEA regions aligned to our global strategy
Serve as subject matter expert in the region, advising on the cultural and social dynamics within EMEA and acting as a trusted thought partner on DEI topics
Design, develop and facilitate DEI related learning and development opportunities.
Identify, evaluate and recommend external training partners and manage their performance and integration into existing learning roadmap and systems.
Develop and maintain third-party relationships with other external partners, maximizing opportunities to collaborate
Manage external benchmarking submissions
Support and further enable the organization's Employee Resource Groups
Working with local Internal Communications teams to develop engaging employee facing content in support of international days of celebration or important cultural moments
Key Qualifications:
For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and experiences to our team:
Inclusion Champion with strong knowledge of DEI principles, practices, and trends
Demonstrated experience designing and implementing successful DEI initiatives, including training programs, policy development, and employee and/or volunteer engagement strategies.
Experience with training and development, organizational learning, organizational development or other HR roles or communications roles with DEI exposure
Cultural competence: Strong understanding of, and experience working with diverse communities, including communities of color, LGBTQ+, persons with a disability,, and other underrepresented groups.
Strong Interpersonal skills - Ability to influence and develop relationships from C suite to all levels of an organization
Change agent, results and action oriented: Strong organizational / project management skills with positive results-oriented attitude. Comfortable juggling multiple projects
Experienced communicator, presenter and capability-builder, able to collaborate effectively with smaller and larger groups and able to motivate, inspire and train smaller and larger audiences.
Strong facilitation skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality / discretion
Team player
Preferred Qualifications:
B.A./B.S. degree in related discipline (e.g., Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, Diversity & Inclusion, Ethnic Studies, Multicultural Marketing or related field) or proven equivalent experience.
Corporate maturity - 5+ Years in a corporate / high growth environment
