Description

Gaming Category Marketing Manager is responsible to ensure effective demand generation activities are in place to achieve company business targets, drive the optimal category mix and the business calendar to maximize the business opportunities in the Region. The specific product group that this role responsible for is Gaming.
 
Gaming Category Marketing Manager will work with the local sales teams to recommend a winning combination of SKUs and price points into different types of channel partners. The key approach is to embrace the strength & the innovation of Logitech Products, understand customer needs and Sales & Marketing Programs, to support Logitech business strategy and decision with right pricing and implementation strategy.


Gaming Category Marketing Manager is required to work on great in-depth product/Game relate content. Collaborate with Regional Category Marketing Manager and Sales Team to optimize the best product portfolio for various market segments. He or She needs to demonstrate a passion and interest in understanding the consumer demand, retail and channel business.

Responsibilities

• Define gaming environment, scenes, consumer benefit and reasons to believe, develop brand communication, visual, video & tagline under brand guidelines.

• Integrate & execute gaming digital marketing plan in Tiktok/Bilibili, track targeted audience and develop full funnel strategy to recruit through paid social media.

• Plan, excute offline / online events, live streaming and eSports tournament activities.

• Manage G club and build CRM programs to recruit, expend, remarketing and upsell through gaming portfolio.

• Develop effective POSM/toolkit to drive gaming experience, education, sales training and sale out conversion.

• Build solid relationships with racing ecosystems such as car brands, racing circuits, racers and game titles to leverage partnerships and amplify exposure.

• Design, plan and execute wheels experience zones in major cities, develop roadshow plans through agencies to maximize trials & conversion.

• Design console bundling program with Astro headsets and boost solution sales.

• Work closely with sales team to ensure GTM plan is well executed for sim portfolio conversion.

• Develop solid contents for sim racing ecosystem and build strong UGC communities to maximize WOM throughout digital campaigns.
