The Role:
The Technical Architect - Marketing Technologies will work as part of the Digital Platforms CRM IT team. They will support and enhance the digital sales and marketing technology stack for Logitech brands globally. This position will be located in Newark, California.

Collaborate with regional sales and marketing, web development team, Business Analysts, other Architects and IT subject matter experts to advise and solution multiple projects in digital sales and marketing. Partner with functional and internal teams to share information, build consensus, and help ensure work aligns with internal strategic priorities to achieve common goals
Be a part of IT CRM team and work with the IT and Business Groups to analyze and review business, functional, and technical requirements & issues, design solutions, plan and execute future releases
Participate in project team meetings and communicate effectively with peers, architects, system analysts, business analysts, project managers, quality control, and across other technology team boundaries, reporting project status as required
Document technical solutions for new projects and integrations while assisting with the existing technology portfolio through proposing improvements and alternatives
Support integrations between Customer Data Platform, Product Information Management, E-Commerce Platform and other boundary systems, and new interfaces as needed
Document and develop code according to specifications and standards
Oversee technical implementation and provide guidance to developers
Estimate effort and timelines for projects and deliverables
Key Qualifications:
For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and behaviors to our team:
At least 8+ years experience working in the IT industry
5+ years of experience architecting solutions which provide best in class experiences in e-commerce leveraging technologies like; Customer Data Platform, Product Information Management, E-Commerce Platform
5+ years of experience designing complex, high transaction volume, enterprise-wide business solutions in a global multilingual implementation
Solid understanding of best practices in CRM usage and ability to bring a consulting approach to help business solve issues and challenges
Solid understanding of web technologies, such as HTTP, JavaScript, AJAX, HTML, DHTML, CSS and a strong understanding of Object-Oriented design and programming concepts
Strong knowledge of web application architecture, including integration with search, e-commerce, web analytics, content targeting tools, and integration with other services using REST services
Knowledge on integrated technologies Jira, Marketing Automation, Cloud Solutions is a plus
Strong spoken, written, and presentation communication skills
Multi-tasking, with strong analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual skills
In addition, preferable skills and behaviors include:
Knowledge of Digital River, Adobe Experience Cloud, Web Services (Rest / SOAP)
Knowledge of Integration/Middleware tools such as Workato and MuleSoft
Java Developer or SQL certification
Work experience using standard HTML/CSS/Javascript practices
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or higher or equivalent
