Overall responsibilities:

  • Full product life cycle management (from concept to end of life) responsibility for HW and associated SW programs in the Logitech Video Collaboration group

  • Responsible for scheduling, cost and prioritization in coordination with a worldwide program team (including but not limited to Engineering, Marketing, Operations and Manufacturing)

  • Support Marketing during concept exploration and product definition

  • Manage both NPI and Sustaining projects: Drive project schedules according to launching plan  and drive cost targets.

  • Create and manage human and financial resources plans.

  • Deliver precise communicate with core development team as well as with cross-functional organization and senior management, to ensure that project plan is well executed and that business objectives are met

  • Serve as the primary contact for Logitech US, Taiwan and Suzhou offices on all product related issues associated with the Video Collaboration product.

  • Serve as primary contact for program execution status to external partners

  • Coordinate all Engineering Change Orders (ECO’s) and Manufacturing Changes related to products.

Key Qualifications:

For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and behaviors to our team:

  • 5 years Project Management experience in high volume consumer products including mobile device, camera

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills demonstrated in a globally distributed environment.

  • Experience in in-house, ODM, JDM, OEM manufacturing models

  • In-depth experience and knowledge of engineering project management tools, techniques and processes

  • Excellent people management and interpersonal skills

  • Able to lead, guide and influence cross functional teams towards business objectives 

  • Proficient in use of Agile PLM or equivalent change management software tools

  • Ability to develop a comprehensive project development timeline by using proper tools: Google / MS Office, Cloud Based Apps (Smartsheet)

  • Good understanding of Bills of Material/ Bills of Documents, as well as skills of Change management. 

  • English is a must

  • Must be willing to travel (After Covid is gone)
