The Role:

Working directly with CMO from within Operations PMO (Project Management Office)the Marketing Transformation Lead Project Manager dotted line reports to the CMO and will work closely with the Marketing Transformation Program Manager to help drive Logitech’s Marketing Transformation initiative through the timely execution of a suite of change-management projects which will elevate Marketing as a strategic organizational capability within the company.

Reporting directly to the Senior Director, Operations within the PMO, this position will work with stakeholder groups enterprise-wide including, marketing teams, global business groups, commercial groups, and support functions including Operations, Finance, and IT.

The role will primarily instantiate projects designed to

  • Drive change management to build new ways of working across functional groups to implement a new marketing model(s)

  • Identify and implement collaboration best practices across functional groups by identifying critical path change-management activities

  • Enable standards and frameworks that is leveraged at the global, regional, and local level to increase Marketing ROI

Project Management activities will include:

  •  Identification of required resources to enable change management objectives in consultation with Program Manager

  • Strategizing with CMO and Marketing Transformation Program Manager to identify and group associated change-management outcomes which can then define a project with a schedule and resource/budget requirements which, when executed, will deliver desired change

  • Running regular project management status updates with key stakeholders to follow up on deliverables, identify and resolve blockers, and update CMO on progress.

  • Plan and oversee strategic marketing change management projects involving Logitech’s global marketing community

  • Drive communication and engagement with stakeholders in decision-making, project delivery, and application.

  • Manage interdependencies across multiple projects and functions

  • Gather data about project progress, document and share progress and outcomes

  • Report on financial information such as return on investment, in partnership with the Finance partner

Your Skills and Experience

You’ll bring proven experience across business management and marketing roles, with a special focus on executive-level advising and interdepartmental collaboration.

  • 10+ years as a senior project manager with experience architecting and managing marketing change-management projects.

  • Proven track record operating in a matrixed environment at multi-brand, global, company.

  • Experience working with and influencing senior executives in the service of project delivery

  • Excellent communicator in written and verbal form

  • Experience in planning and leading strategic initiatives

  • Experience with KPI development and implementation

  • Deep experience with budget management

  • Consulting experience with a focus on operations management

  • Nimble business mind with a focus on developing creative solutions

  • Strong project reporting skills with a focus on interdepartmental communication
