S&OP Analyst
Description
Video collaboration is one of the fastest growth categories for Logitech. The Sales and Operations Planning Analyst within the Video Collaboration organization will be responsible for developing analytical tools to improve cross functional collaboration, business planning and customer service. This position will design and measure key S&OP related KPIs and publish those metrics to stakeholders and senior leadership. Additionally this position will use statistical and analytical tools to develop forecast and inventory optimization models, to help identify risks/upsides and improve quality over time. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Own the weekly/monthly data-gathering in the S&OP process and report critical items to key stakeholders
Maintain and report S&OP metrics, while continuously identifying tools that help improve key business metrics and can be used to drive decision making
Review and publish sales pipeline and historical sell-in, sell-out, third-party data trends, to provide data-driven inputs to demand and supply planning teams
Develop long range forecast and inventory optimization models
Develop tools and dashboards to support S&OP and S&OE processes
Lead/support implementation of demand planning and S&OP automation solutions
Complete additional ad-hoc analyses as needed
Works closely, collaboratively, and efficiently with all partners & stakeholders, especially with regional demand planning, supply planning, customer engagement, sales, finance and product management/marketing teams

PERSONAL AND PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
2-3 years of working experience in industry or consulting
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent project management and cross-functional team leadership skills
Strong ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines; able to balance short-term, urgent needs with long-term strategic initiatives
Ability to work in a multi-disciplinary, global team environment
Excellent communication, both written and verbal
Proficient in common office computer software—Advanced Excel (i.e. Macros) & PowerPoint.
Proficiency in enterprise business applications - Tableau, Salesforce, ERP and SCM planning tools
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Statistics, Operations Management or related fields is preferred.
