The Role:

The Go to Market Leader for ASTRO  is responsible to lead operational directions, drive business process efficency and go to market planning with key regions, while support the business group to project manage for Go to Market execution excellence.

A successful candidate is comfortable to work in 3 different time zones, can understand business objectives, and translate into actions to move projects forward. The person is not afraid to get work done, a true self starter, invent new processes and challenge current ones. The candidate needs a strong analytical mindset, data-driven thinking incorporated with gaming market experience & enthusiasm. 

The opportunity is to help ASTRO become a global brand, ensure no blockers for growth and inspire teams for improvement. At the same time initiate growth tactics and positively challenge strategies to get everyone to aligned. Open-minded to learn is going to be key.

  • Understand the Gaming landscape and global retail/etail landscape

  • Improve processes, efficiency, and communication.

  • Define “what is success” with execs and regional leaders

  • Longterm forecasting & business planning

  • Short term GTM initiatives to hit targets

  • Operational enabler and risk management control                                                                                                                

Key Qualifications:

For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and behaviors to our team:

  • Enthusiastic about sales & marketing execution

  • A fast-paced collaborator in multiple time zones with aim on target

  • Strong process and objective thinking

  • Highly communicative

  • Move forward & get stuff done attitude

  • Proven track record in project management and high revenue decision making

  • Broad understanding of the gaming industry

  • 5+ years of relevant work experience



  • BS degree in business, project management, marketing, sales or similar

  • Professional skillset in excel, powerpoint and tableau/salesforce
