Senior Solutions Architect, Video Collaboration
The Senior solutions architect- Europe Middle East and Africa (EMEA), will be a technical leader for Logitech Video Collaboration(VC) regional customers. The ideal candidate will have the technical acumen and executive communication skills that enables them to engage at all levels of an organization.
You will be as comfortable white boarding complex software architectures with a room full of engineers as with presenting to an executive audience. You will author white papers and reference architectures that will be leveraged by the wider technical community within Logitech. You will deliver technical webinars, speak at public events and file patents for what could potentially be a future Logitech VC product or feature.
Candidates should demonstrate past experience working directly with enterprise customers, and prior experience working with B2B technology vendors is a plus. Strong public speaking and writing skills are required. technical relationship with customers, making recommendations on security, cost, performance, reliability, operational efficiency and best-practice architectures.
Internally, you will be an advocate acting on behalf of the customer to help drive continual improvements to Logitech VC solutions, articulating requirements to inform the roadmap of Logitech VC features and services. You will also help shape the future of the Solutions Architecture organization by helping to hire, coach and mentor others.
In this role, your creativity will link technology to tangible business outcomes, with the opportunity to define or invent cloud driven reference architectures with the Global Solutions Architect community. You will participate in the creation and sharing of best practices, technical content and new reference architectures (e.g. white papers, code samples, blog posts) and evangelize and educate about Logitech VC technology (e.g. through workshops, user groups, meetups, public speaking, online events or internal and external live conferences).

Collaborate with the customers technical sales community to define and maintain customer insights
Execute the strategy for competitive differentiation required for the product innovation roadmap
Partner with the sales/sales engineering and marketing teams to provide customer insights that influence technology road maps, make assertions about technology directions, and determine their consequences for the technical strategy
Influence the product/technology’s performance management team to identify performance issues, consulting with technology leads regarding work priorities, and systems performance cost – benefit analysis
Team with GVCC Sales Engineering team regarding future platform and technology issues and the effect of these decisions on the market
Provide consulting support in the identification and development of competitive product strategies to maintain and enhance product differentiation in the marketplace
Act as a partner to the Sales Engineering community by evangelizing, communicating, and distributing technical information
Contact and develop relationships with third party developers; explain potential interface with existing products, providing insights into the possibilities of multi product/technology-based solutions to complex technology issues
Customer meetings and presentations
Collaborate with the CX organization to drive better visibility into customer support and Logitech VC technology adoption
Write and review white papers on technical aspects, future, and/or architecture of Video Collaboration products
Support infrastructure and operations of services, while balancing the importance of security, deployment, and management of services
Strong understanding of advanced analytic techniques such as machine learning models, deep learning, artificial intelligence, computer vision and the application of these analytic approaches to video collaboration

10+ years of Sales Engineering and technical IT experience
Demonstrated ability to leverage technology to come up with innovative new solutions that have scaled, as the company has transformed into new ways of delivering value to customers.
Ability to work with product leaders and influence the business and product outcomes using technology.
Technical knowledge of architectures covering Enterprise networking, Security ,Collaboration to include Video ,Data Centres and Cloud
Experience working effectively across internal organizations and with enterprise customers in the region.
Demonstrated ability to think strategically about business, product, and technical challenges
Excellent knowledge in technology and platforms with an emphasis on APIs, Android, Linux, DevOPs, architectures and new technology initiatives
