Analyst, Tableau CRM Analytics
We are hiring a BI Analyst specializing in CRM Analytics and Tableau visualization who will join as a critical member of our B2B Systems and Enablement team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficiency and scalability of our Salesforce reporting structures, identifying areas for improvement around our data flows, and building both long term and ad-hoc solutions.
A successful candidate will also embrace the challenge of solving critical business problems and working cross functionally to challenge the status quo. This is a hands-on data analytics and reporting role where the candidate must be able to conceptualize, build and deliver business solutions.

In this role you will:
Translate business requirements into well architected solutions that best leverage the Salesforce Tableau CRM platform
Uncover and identify critical KPIs, or Success Metrics and associated insights
Design dashboards and reports that will provide data visibility of metrics for leadership, business groups, and the general user population.
Maintain TCRM data flows used to drive real time analytics, and recommend opportunities for improvement
Ability to look across the entire reporting ecosystem and drive design that meets enterprise standards
Create and iterate on solutions and dashboards to empower operational and exploratory analysis
Participate in creating a strong visualization strategy at Logitech, including helping business users to become more analytical and self-sufficient with their data
This is a role requiring specific experience including Tableau CRM/CRM Analytics, SFDC certification, understanding of data structures, modeling and schemas.
Proven technical background in BI tools & analytics at a large and/or global organization. Salesforce Einstein Analytics experience is strongly preferred but will consider other candidates with strong technical data architecture (analytics and reporting) with CRM experience.
Ability to understand business needs and interpret them into a globally scalable strategy.
Strategic thinker who can execute on a roadmap for reporting and analytics within CRM
Ability to illuminate “stories” from data with compelling visualization.

BA/BS in a field that emphasizes data analysis and visualization (e.g., computer science, math, engineering, or statistics), or equivalent work experience
3+ years of experience working with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau)
Functional expertise using Einstein discovery and Einstein AI
Experience with R, Python, or a similar scripting language, ideal
Certification in Einstein/Tableau is desirable
